Once the design is complete we export the information  to the  6 computer stations in the shop, each one has the instructions to perform a certain task, cutting plate & component material, cutting sheathing , the assembly of the components, window and door assembly, wall framing, and sheathing application .
The assembly of the wall panels is done on a 16’ framing table that is equipped with LED lights to mark where the studs and components are to be situated in the panel, and the operators nail the walls together with track mounted air nailers that provide accurate and consistent nailing. 
Our system produces wall panels with the highest degree of quality & precision while our software application allows us the flexibility builders and architects require for achieving their designs.
